Coaching can be used in a variety of ways from enhancing personal performance to eliminating a phobia or helping someone control their emotions.
Using a combination of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Coaching, Timeline Therapy and Hypnotherapy, you can change habits and behaviours which give you the flexibility and effectiveness to improve the quality and range of your life choices. This can be in a specific area of your life (family, health, relationships, wealth, career and spiritual), across you whole life or focussed in a specific area.
Coaching sessions take place either face to face or via the video calling service: Zoom. Sessions last between approximately 2 hours. The amount of sessions needed is entirely dependent on the problem or issue you want to resolve.

Following your Personal Breakthrough, you will have an hours coaching call for the following 6 months to keep you accountable and to tackle anything which has come up as a result of the changes you have made.
